Halloween Family Fun day
Join us for a ride on our spooktacular ghost train on Friday 30th October and Saturday 31st October 2026.
We are operating trains between Stanhope and Bishop Auckland calling at Witton le Wear, Wolsingham, Kingfisher (by request) and Frosterley.
Best dressed fancy dress competition, best decorated pumpkin competition, look out for our pumpkin trail around Stanhope station.
Our special ticket offer "Kids for a quid" will be available on these dates..
Return tickets to/from Stanhope and Bishop Auckland may be booked in advance. Tickets from all intermediate stations, singles and returns, may be purchased on the day at our Booking Office in Stanhope or on the train.
