All aboard......for a very unique and unusual experience on Weardale Railway, running on 09 November 2025.
We will take you to some various scenic locations on Weardale Railway where you can get some unique shots.
Arrive at Stanhope Station for a meet, greet and safety brief before boarding our the train for unparalleled panoramic views of the dale.
Departing Stanhope at 10.00 we head for arguably one of the best vistas (our opinion) on the railway. The experience lasts approx. four hours, with a number of opportunities to shoot the amazing natural beauty and industrial heritage along the Weardale Railway.
On our return to Stanhope (between 14.00 and 14.30) there will be a complimentary drink and refreshments.
We said this is a unique experience and here is why, you will be allowed to alight the train at strategic points on the route to allow you to safely take photographs. Please note the experience requires a reasonable level of fitness as you will be climbing on and off the train at most locations, if you are unable to do this we will arrange to move the train to allow you to take your photographs.
