Bishop Auckland Food Festival 2026
The popular Bishop Auckland Food Festival will take place on the weekend of 18/19 April 2026. Trains will run between Stanhope and Bishop Auckland on both days to the following timetable. Let the train take the strain either travelling to and from the Festival or taking a ride through beautiful Weardale on one of the longest and most picturesque Heritage Railways in the UK as part of a fun packed day.
Day Rover All line tickets may be purchsed online for travel on trains starting at either Stanhope or Bishop Auckland. For travel from or to intermediate stations, Frosterley, Kingfisher, Wolsingham and Witton le Wear please pay on the train. Single, return and All Line fares will be available and remember 'Kids travel for a Quid'
